👩🍳 Cooking Instructions
1. Mix: Combine 1 cup of Jowar Idli Mix with ¾ cup of sour curd and a little water to form a thick, smooth batter.
2. Rest: Let the batter sit for 10–15 minutes. This allows the Jowar to hydrate, ensuring your idlis are soft.
3. Steam: Grease the idli plates with oil. Pour the batter and steam in a pressure cooker or idli steamer for 10–12 minutes on medium-high heat.
4. Serve: Let them cool for a minute before scooping out. Best enjoyed with sambar or spicy garlic chutney!
